1.1 Perform and provide the services as scheduled;

1.2 Implementation of the library collection that comply with collection development management policy;

1.3 To provide library collections based on the rules and standards which have been established within 40 days after the material received;

1.4 Process membership within 5 minutes after the complete application is received;

1.5 Reading material loan processing materials in 3 minutes after the application is received;

1.6 Book return processing within 5 minutes after the accepted materials;

1.7 To assist users and resolve queries at Refrence Counter within 10 minutes to 4 hours according to the needs of the users queries;

1.8 Ensuring the necessity for Information and Communication Technology (ICT) can be used optimally at all the time;

1.9 To arrange, manage and ensure the planning for Literacy Development and Library Activities is implemented on schedule.
